In the heart of the village resort of Valmeinier 1500, this charming chalet built with local materials (stone, wood and slate), will welcome you for pleasant stays with family or friends.
You will find high quality services.

- On the ground floor of the chalet part located above an independent apartment which is not rented: entrance - laundry room - master bedroom with shower room - living room with US equipped kitchen, dining room with large table and lounge with wood stove - 2 independent toilets - bathroom with corner bath and shower - balcony
On the 1st floor: office area - bedroom on a semi-enclosed mezzanine - bedroom with double bed + balcony - bedroom with two bunk beds opening onto the outside terrace.

A wide range of baby equipment is available on request (bed, high chair, baby carrier, folding stroller...)
Everything listed as "private" is available to tenants (raclette machine, coffee machine...)

Built on the south side of the domain, you will enjoy the sunshine and the unobstructed view.

The ski lifts and other services are accessible on foot in 3/4 minutes, in 3 minutes by free shuttle (stop at 20m) or by car in 3 minutes.

The access to the chalet is easy: 12 km from St Michel de Maurienne where there is:
- an exit from the A43
- the St Michel / Valloire train station (4h30 from Paris depending on the TGV) from where a shuttle bus takes you to the chalet in 5 minutes and taxis (under reservation).
