L'ALPAGE (Géopark Chablais Unesco)

"l'Alpage", built in 1815, located in the heart of the Geopark Chablais Unesco, alt.1200 m Le Replain 74360 Vacheresse, between Lake Geneva and Châtel (Portes du Soleil).

The "Alpage" has been renovated with taste and simplicity. It welcomes you in an authentic setting.

Come and recharge your batteries. Transfer from the car park to the chalet by the owner in 4x4.
Accessible in 30 min. of walk by the forest road, 10 min. by 4x4 or SUV.

The chalet is composed of: 1 loft of 70 m2 giving on the outside: open kitchen, bar, living room, dining area, shower (in a small chalet), mezzanine (private). 3 bedrooms with access to the outside, dry toilet, cellar.

Wood stove (wood included), solar panel electricity, gas or wood oven, gas cooker, fridge, Italian coffee maker, wok, fondue set: (cheese, Burgundian, Chinese), duvets, sheets and towels provided, board games: (checkers, backgammon, chess, darts, cards, kite...). Petanque court (boules, mölkky...).

Many hikes: Mont Baron, Dent d'Oche, Cornettes de Bise, Lac de Fontaine, Lac de Darbon...

On the shores of Lake Geneva: boating, sailing, swimming, canoeing, fishing, museum... Evian 18 km, Thonon 18 km, Yvoire 35 km, Geneva 35 km...
In the mountains: hiking, mountain biking, summer sledging, mountain lakes... Abondance 8 km, Châtel 19 km, Swiss border 24 km, Bernex 9 km...
On the river "La Dranse": fishing, white water rafting, hydrospeed...
