In a quiet and privileged district in the centre of the resort of La Rosière 1850, apartment in a chalet of only two housing units, allowing ski-in and ski-out, and located at 200 m to the shops and the cinema, with a beautiful view on the valley and the mountains.

The apartment is a 3-floors of approximately 104 m² in total.
You benefit from a large living space open on a south facing terrace, with a view on the valley and the mountains (Mount Pourri, Les Arcs and other resorts of the Tarentaise).
The rooms are distributed on 2 floors (1st and 3rd) and thus make it possible to accommodate two families in a relative independence.

At the 1e floor: two rooms, toilet, bathroom, shower-room.

On the 2nd floor: kitchen opened on the living room and terrace south oriented with a table for 8 p, BBQ in summer. 2 deckchairs. No beds in the lounge.

On the 3rd floor: two rooms of which one with washbasin and bath-tub, and the other with washbasin and shower, separate toilet
Each apartment has its own ski-room which gives access to the tracks (ski-in and ski-out)

The children-club is 100 m behind the chalet.

Summer activities in the resort: excursions and hiking for all levels, mountain biking, cycling (Col of the Petit St-Bernard), tennis court with breathtaking view, golf 9 holes, paragliding, skate park, basketball court, etc
Activities of summer nearby: water sport, rafting (in the valley), summer ski (Val-d’Isere and Tignes at 40 mn by car), activities in Italy (Aosta Valley).

In winter : Sheets and cleaning at the end of the stay included in the price.

In summer (26 juin-10 sept) : cleaning at the end of the stay included (except kitchen) - rental of sheets (depending on the number of occupants)
In out of season: rental of sheets (depending on the number of occupants), end-of-stay cleaning optional

In summer, you can store your bikes either in the ski room or in the garages.

The chalet has only one other apartment ("Marmotte") with the same organization and the same capacity but with a different sleeping arrangement.
