Gîte des Silves

The Gîte des Silves is a large renovated stone house, able to accommodate up to 12 people. It is located 10 minutes from the ski slopes (2 resorts nearby: the vast Montclar les 2 Vallées ski area with its 50 km of slopes, the Chabanon ski area with its 40 km of slopes and its snow park) and 15 minutes from the Serre-Ponçon lake (water sports and swimming). The Gîte des Silves benefits from a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains (Chaîne de la Blanche) and a large private garden. It is located on the edge of a small hamlet at an altitude of 1400 m, on the GR 6 hiking trail crossing the Alpes de Haute Provence. The house has 4 bedrooms, a mezzanine-bedroom, two bathrooms, a large, fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a large living room with an open fireplace, an "old-fashioned" veranda, and two terraces with panoramic views. The small town of Seyne-les-Alpes, offering all amenities, is located 3 km away. Many sports can be practiced in the immediate vicinity of the cottage: skiing (9 km), downhill mountain biking (mountain bike lifts 9 km away), mountain biking (on site), hiking (on site), gliding (4 km away), snowshoeing (on site), rafting (20 km away), water sports (Serre-Ponçon lake 20 km away), etc. The house is ideal for two families or a group of friends. The privacy of each family/couple is well preserved. Prices vary between 1140 and 2000 EUR per week, depending on the number of people and the time of year. A discount is available for small groups of 6 people or less (please contact us). Short stays (minimum 2 nights) are available during the low and mid-season (750 €/2 nights + 210 €/additional night - discount for small groups of 6 people or less).
